Where Do I Begin?

A half day session for when you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or just quietlyasking, “What now?”

 This isn’t therapy. 

It’s not a course.


It’s a private, 2–3 hour reset for people carrying more than they can put into words—finally ready to stop pretending, and stop doing it alone. 


Whether you're navigating emotional burnout, relationship confusion, sexual disconnection, or a major life transition, this session is your safe space to pause, get clear, and begin again—with grounded support and no judgment.

What Is This?

 A Grounded, Guided Reset


This is a 3-4 hr private session that blends coaching, breathwork, trauma-informed support, and somatic practices to meet you where you are. 


It’s built to help you reset emotionally, reconnect with yourself, and create space for what’s next. 

Who Is It For?

This space is for people who don’t feel safe saying the hard stuff out loud.


Many of my clients, especially men, arrive unsure of where to begin. 


Some need to talk about sex. 

Some need to talk about anger, grief, or shame.


You don’t have to explain everything. Just come as you are.

It combines breathwork, nervous system grounding, intuitive insight, and practical conversation to move you out of the spiral and into motion. 

How It Works

 In-Person or Online              • 2–3 Hours              • Location Varies


Sessions are held either in person or online, depending on your needs and location. 


In-person sessions take place at a mutually agreed-upon location, this may include a private rental, a quiet public space, or a walk-and-talk in nature. 


If full privacy is needed, a professional setting will be arranged. 


Online sessions are available for those who prefer not to travel or cover travel costs. 


All sessions are tailored to support your comfort, focus, and confidentiality.
