Introduction
Every relationship has a story. Some are full of connection and growth, while others reveal patterns of harm, silence, or survival. This relationship survey is part of a research effort aimed at better understanding the realities of toxic relationships and abusive relationships, exploring why individuals stay, what factors lead to change, and which supports are effective on the path to healing.
✨ Confidentiality: Your responses are completely confidential and will only be used for research purposes. We are not asking for your name. The only identifying information collected is an email address, which will not be shared and will only be used to confirm your survey submission.
There are no right or wrong answers, only your truth. By sharing your experiences, you contribute to a larger picture that can inform resources, support systems, and education for others who may be living through what you once did in toxic or abusive relationships.
If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you may skip a question or stop the survey. Your well-being comes first.
